Great products and friendly business
Have been using for Ironman training and in a number of shorter races (70.3 and standard). Have found the flavours all fine on products I’ve tried and found the calculator super helpful for coming up with a race plan. Also great customer service and the handwritten packing slips are a nice touch.

Awesome products, and awesome service!
All products taste great for starters. But on top of this, and most importantly, they all sit very well in my stomach and provide and really great sustained energy boost. Would highly recommend to anyone doing any form of endurance training, or even just day to day lifestyle for the hydration tabs!

Not feeling rubbish for two days.
Very good.
Although I'm just a recreational rider, the information and suggestions has helped me re-assess how I approach my strategy if my ride is going to extend beyond 40+ miles.
At my age, I'm not looking to be competitive. Although I might do a sportive, now I have this information to hand.

Love this product
I’ve been using PH for over a year now whilst training and racing up to IM distance. Since using (as recommended) it I’ve not experienced cramps and feel I can push harder. Definitely recommend to all levels of athletes

No more cramps
I am a relatively new cyclist training for an event and have been struggling to get fuelling and hydration right, especially with cramps on longer rides.
