Simple and Nice Mild Flavour
I love the simplicity of these. Keep in the car, handbag etc and just pop in a bottle of water when I need. Love the flavour.

Isotonic sachets review
I have been looking for a palatable electrolyte drink for a while when I stumbled across Precision Hydration. The sweat test question set confirmed what I already knew about myself so I decided to get the 1500 sachets. To say these have been a game changer would be an understatement. Not only do they taste great and mix well (no annoying grains in the last mouthful) they have helped with my cramp issues and kept me going in my training sessions. I will certainly be re ordering more.

First time
As a total novice to endurance racing (other than marathons) I found the free race hydration/nutrition plan very useful. Practicing the fuelling strategies in training has made the long rides actually enjoyable and not a slog. Gels have a mild flavour and feel easy on the stomach, would recommend.

Fuelling a salty sweater .

Precision Hydration - the best nutrition you can find
I'm really glad to have found out Precision Hydration! Now I can go for my training sessions or to my races knowing that I will have the best nutrition in my pockets, and not having to be concerned about stomach discomfort and heart burn. Definitely recommend all Precision Hydration's products!

I found these guys through a podcast and tested out their products for an upcoming Ironman. Not only are the products great but the service from this company is next level. Tastes good and does the job!
Been using various different gels and brands for years, but a) these taste great and b) really enjoy understanding what and why I'm using and having a specific brand and fuel tailored for my race. The gels and chews are much better than others I've used. I'm already a repeat customer.

Great products and friendly business
Have been using for Ironman training and in a number of shorter races (70.3 and standard). Have found the flavours all fine on products I’ve tried and found the calculator super helpful for coming up with a race plan. Also great customer service and the handwritten packing slips are a nice touch.
